Our story
Every foreign-owned US LLC is required to file Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 every year. Miss it and the IRS charges $25,000 per form, per year. Most LLC owners don't know this requirement exists until they get a notice. The ones who do find out are quoted $300 to $2,000 by CPAs for what amounts to a few pages of paperwork.
Built as a proprietary system to help a US-based accounting firm file Form 5472 for their foreign LLC clients. Automated everything: bank statement parsing, transaction classification, form generation, and IRS fax delivery.
After processing hundreds of filings internally, every edge case was mapped: multi-currency transactions, catch-up filings for multiple years, amendments, dormant LLCs with zero transactions, reasonable cause letters for late filers.
